About the Course

This practical course equips Oracle Fusion consultants, solution architects, functional leads, technical consultants and business analysts to design, build, secure, test and deploy enterprise AI agents using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio. The course moves beyond introductory demonstrations. Learners progressively build reusable prompts, topics, tools, supervisor agents and deterministic workflow agents. The programme concludes with an end-to-end capstone agent that addresses a genuine Oracle Fusion business problem. Oracle AI Agent Studio supports preconfigured templates, custom agents, supervisor teams, workflow agents, native Fusion business objects, document retrieval, external integrations, Human-in-the-Loop controls, testing and monitoring.

Prerequisites

Learners should have: 1. A working understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications. 2. Basic knowledge of at least one Oracle Fusion product area such as Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM, Projects or CX. 3. Familiarity with business processes, application roles and Oracle Fusion navigation. 4. Basic awareness of REST APIs and structured data formats such as JSON. 5. Access to an Oracle Fusion environment with AI Agent Studio enabled. 6. Appropriate AI Agent Studio administration or development security roles. 7. A suitable business use case to develop during the programme. Deep programming experience is not required, although technical awareness will help with Business Object, External REST and workflow configuration.

Build Document Tools that provide grounded responses using approved business content. 7. Configure Business Object Tools to retrieve and act on Oracle Fusion data. 8. Configure secure connections to third-party services using External REST Tools. 9. Design supervisor and worker agent architectures. 10. Build deterministic workflow agents using nodes, variables, expressions, branches and error handlers. 11. Apply Human-in-the-Loop controls to sensitive or consequential actions. 12. Test agents using conversation, action, negative and edge scenarios. 13. Use monitoring, evaluation and trace information to improve correctness, latency and token consumption. 14. Troubleshoot prompt, tool, expression, workflow and security failures. 15. Document and present an enterprise-ready Oracle Fusion AI agent solution.
