a. The refund request must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase.
b. Refunds are subject to an admin fee of up to 25% of the value of the course, which will be deducted from the total amount paid by the student.
c. Refunds will not be issued if the student has already started the course.

All content on Cementors Limited, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cementors Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Access to the Cementors Oracle Fusion Cloud Environment is provided strictly for your personal learning, practice and training.
By accessing the environment, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Personal Training Only
Your access is for your own personal training and development. You must not use the environment to provide commercial training to other individuals or organisations, including paid one-to-one training.
2. Do Not Share Access
You must not share your login credentials or provide access to anyone who does not have their own valid subscription to the environment.
3. Each User Must Use Their Own Account
You must only log in using the user account that you have created or that has been specifically assigned to you.
You must not log in as another user’s account or use any non-seeded user account that you did not create.
4. Environment Usage Is Monitored
Access to and activity within the Oracle Fusion environment are closely monitored to protect the environment and ensure fair access for all subscribers.
5. Breach of These Conditions
Any user found violating these conditions, including sharing access or using the environment for unauthorised commercial training, will be removed from the platform and their access revoked without warning.
